Job summary

Madison College is seeking a contracted Asset Technician to manage the district’s technology assets at the hardware depot. You will track orders in the asset management system, assign IDs and barcodes, and schedule distribution and installation of orders to district locations.

You will maintain inventory of CPUs, printers, monitors, cables, and replacement parts, support hardware/software asset strategies, assist with incident tickets, and document distribution and tracking of assets across the

• Manage inbound asset tracking numbers and barcodes.
• Record asset information in the tracking system.
• Maintain knowledge of supported products and services.
• Support incident management and hardware maintenance processes.
