Job summary

Beacon Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Asset Technician to manage physical assets at our client’s Technology Services hardware depot. You will track orders, assign IDs and barcodes, and schedule distribution and installation of orders across district locations.

Maintain inventory of CPUs, printers, monitors, cables, docks, and related parts to support district hardware replacement strategies. You will participate in asset allocation, setup, and implementation of hardware and software, adhere to

Qualifications

• Four years (8,000 hours) related work experience, including at least two years (4,000 hours) in asset management duties in a medium-to-large environment (500-2000 workstations).
• Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provides inventory management services for Technology Services assets.
• Maintains an inventory management system for accurate tracking of all technology assets.
• Maintains an orderly storage system for all Technology Services assets and facilitates removal of assets from inventory.
