Qualifications

• Four years related work experience in asset management.
• Experience in medium-to-large work environments (500-2000 workstations).

Responsibilities

• Provide inventory management for Technology Services assets district-wide.
• Maintain inventory system for accurate tracking of assets.
• Maintain supplies of repair parts and cables for efficient operation.
• Keep an organized storage system for technology assets.
• Organize removal of assets from inventory as needed.
• Maintain item inbound tracking and ID assignment process.
• Enter and track unique ID numbers in the inventory system.
• Maintain knowledge of Technology Services support products and services.
• Understand incident management and reporting functionalities.
