Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Hardware Asset Lifecycle Management Specialist to serve as the enterprise SME for HAM and to optimize HAM Pro, governance, and data quality across the organization.

You will partner with Procurement, Finance, Security, Governance, and IT to ensure accurate asset data, strengthen audit readiness, and enable data‑driven decisions while delivering continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise Hardware Asset Management.
• 3+ years managing audit readiness activities and reconciliations.
• 2+ years establishing data quality standards for asset records.
• 2+ years working with ServiceNow ITAM capabilities (HAM Pro, CMDB, Discovery).
• 2+ years supporting governance frameworks across CMDB and inventories.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise SME for Hardware Asset Management, ensuring data integrity and lifecycle compliance across repositories and HAM platforms.
• Manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle, including inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and policy adherence.
• Lead configuration, administration, and enhancement of ServiceNow HAM Pro, including CMDB integrations.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Governance, Security, and IT to improve asset visibility and lifecycle governance.
• Develop training, documentation, reporting, and analytics to drive HAM adoption and continuous improvement.
