Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting enterprise Hardware Asset Management programs.
• 3+ years managing audit readiness activities and complex reconciliation.
• 2+ years establishing data quality standards and trusted asset records.
• 2+ years working with ServiceNow ITAM HAM Pro, Discovery, and CMDB integrations.
• 2+ years supporting governance frameworks and CMDB accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise SME for Hardware Asset Management with lifecycle governance.
• Manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle, inventory accuracy, and audits.
• Lead configuration, administration, and enhancements of ServiceNow HAM Pro.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Governance, Security, and IT for asset visibility and governance.
• Develop training, documentation, reporting, and analytics to drive HAM adoption.
