CVS Health is hiring a Hardware Asset Lifecycle Management Specialist to serve as the enterprise SME for Hardware Asset Management (HAM), driving asset governance, ServiceNow HAM Pro optimization, audit readiness, data quality, and continuous process improvement across the organization.

The role ensures accurate, audit-ready hardware data, partners with Procurement, Finance, Security, Governance, and IT to improve asset visibility, tracking, and lifecycle controls, and leads initiatives to

Qualifications

5+ years supporting enterprise Hardware Asset Management programs.
3+ years managing audit readiness activities and reconciliation.
2+ years establishing and maintaining data quality standards for asset data.
2+ years with ServiceNow ITAM, HAM Pro, Discovery, and CMDB integrations.
2+ years governing CMDB platforms and enterprise hardware inventories.

Responsibilities

Serve as enterprise SME for Hardware Asset Management across HAM platforms.
Manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle, inventory accuracy, and audits.
Lead configuration and enhancements of ServiceNow HAM Pro capabilities.
Partner with Procurement, Finance, Governance, Security, and IT to improve visibility.
Develop training, documentation, reports, and analytics to drive adoption and AI-enabled efficiencies.
