Job summary

BrightView in Michigan is seeking a Landscaping Crew Leader to direct 2-5 crew members on daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across maintenance, landscape installation, and irrigation tasks.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of verifiable crew-leader experience, hold a valid driver's license and a chauffeur's endorsement, and be able to obtain any required licenses. The role offers year-round work and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year Landscaping Crew Leader/Foreman experience.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Chauffeur’s endorsement or license required; candidates may obtain prior to starting.
• DDOT Medical card preferred; must pass medical exam with drug test if not held.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate tasks to crew members.
• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Identify more efficient ways to perform work to improve productivity.
• Ensure safety and proper maintenance of equipment; logs and reports.
• Support client satisfaction by addressing concerns and coordinating with management.
