Wright Outdoor Solutions is seeking a Hardscape Construction Crew Lead to manage a small crew on residential and commercial projects in Des Moines and surrounding areas. You will promote safety, oversee paver patio and retaining wall installations, and deliver high-quality workmanship.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with hardscape standards, and the ability to read plans. Occasional overtime and travel to job sites are expected; certifications like ICPI/NCMA boost candidacy.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of hardscape experience (retaining walls, paver systems).
• Ability to read and interpret hardscape plans and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; CDL a plus.

• Lead a hardscape crew of up to 4; promote jobsite safety and quality.
• Train crew on procedures to meet company standards.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and Designer to meet schedules and budgets.
