Job summary

Qualifications

The foreperson is responsible for promoting jobsite safety, completing hardscape (paver patio & retaining wall) installations with great precision and efficiency, providing excellent customer service, and exhibits pride and quality workmanship.**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:** Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions:* Work closely with Operations Manager and Designer to complete residential and commercial construction projects timely, within budget and in accordance to design and specifications* Maintain a clean and safe jobsite* Manage and train crew members to ensure proper procedures, processes and quality of work are followed to achieve company quality standards* Maintain work vehicle and tools to be clean, organized, and operational on a daily basis* Forecast equipment, labor and material needs to ensure efficient production* Direct, oversee and participate in work performed by your team.
