Custom Construction Services, a premier concrete and hardscape company serving the Twin Cities Metro for over 18 years, seeks a skilled Hardscape Specialist to lead crews on seasonal projects including paver driveways, patios, and retaining walls.

You will manage crews, coordinate orders and scheduling, and ensure safe, high-quality finishes with precise elevations and drainage planning. A strong leader with hands-on ability is valued.

Formación

• Experience leading hardscape crews on outdoor construction projects.
• Ability to coordinate material orders, trucking, scheduling, and site communication.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and timely project updates.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example: build and manage crews for efficient workflow and progress.
• Coordinate hardscape orders, trucking, scheduling, and communication for projects.
• Provide timely updates and detailed project reports to management.
• Safely demolish existing concrete, stone, or asphalt surfaces when needed.
• Achieve proper elevations and grading for drainage and design.
