Job summary

The Hardscape Construction Foreman at Wright Outdoor Solutions leads a crew of up to four to install hardscape projects across Des Moines and surrounding areas. You will promote safety, deliver precise paver patios and retaining walls, and provide excellent customer service with pride in workmanship.

This hands-on role requires three years of hardscape experience, a valid Iowa driver's license, and the ability to read plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of hardscape installation experience.
• Iowa driver’s license with clean record.
• Hardscape certifications (ICPI & NCMA) are a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret hardscape plans and specifications.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proficient in operating commercial hardscape equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction crew to complete hardscape installations on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and manage equipment/tools.
• Train crew to follow procedures and uphold quality standards.
• Forecast resources to ensure efficient production.
• Direct and oversee work; meet production deadlines with quality.
• Submit daily activity reports and timesheets.
• Interact with clients to ensure satisfaction.
