• Comfort operating equipment like a skid steer; physically able to handle 50+ lb materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead a hardscape crew (up to two) installing patios, walls, and features.
• Turn site plans into finished builds with base prep, grading, and compaction.
• Set standards on site: safety, scheduling, and equipment readiness.
• Finish projects with organized, client-ready spaces.
