Job summary

WAKE HARDSCAPES LLC in Raleigh, NC seeks an experienced Mason Crew Leader to guide a small hardscape crew on high-end residential projects. You will lead installation of paver patios, walkways, walls, and outdoor features while reading plans and ensuring top craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of masonry, hardscaping, or landscape construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of paver and retaining wall installation.
• Experience leading a crew or managing jobsites.
• Ability to read layouts, measurements, and project plans.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Experience with outdoor kitchens, natural stone, artificial turf, or pool decks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside a small hardscape/masonry crew.

• Perform grading, excavation, base preparation, and compaction.
• Read and follow project plans and layouts.

• Communicate with the owner and team regarding project progress and materials.
• Operate common construction equipment safely.

We are a growing hardscaping and outdoor living company looking for an experienced Mason Crew Leader to join our team.

We specialize in creating high-end outdoor spaces, including paver patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, artificial turf, walkways, pool decks, and other custom hardscape projects.
