Job summary

Calo Companies in Detroit, MI is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our brick pavers and hardscape division. You will manage an existing book of accounts, hunt for new business, and visit job sites to showcase premium product lines to landscape contractors, masons, and hardscape installers.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of paver sales, a local network, and the ability to travel daily across the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of paver sales or hardscape/landscape sales experience.
• Active local industry connections are a plus.
• Willingness to travel daily across the territory and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Territory: identify, prospect, and close new contractor accounts, commercial builders, and landscape design firms.
• Maintain Relationships: service existing contractor accounts with regular on-site visits, product updates, and excellent service.
• Conduct Field Consultations: educate contractors on brick paver lines, retaining walls, and hardscape accessories through demonstrations.
• Manage the Sales Pipeline: track leads, quotes, and orders using CRM for accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
