Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Hard Surface Territory Manager to maintain and grow profitability and market share in a defined geographic region.

Responsibilities include selling Shaw Floors and allied products, developing dealer relationships, and driving growth through strategic market programs. The role requires strong prospecting, reporting, and travel within the territory, with emphasis on customer service, accurate reporting, and use of Salesforce for customer data.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Previous sales experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Territory within Portland, ME and Concord/Salem, NH.

Responsibilities

• Daily sales calls on existing customers focusing on hard surface flooring products, samples, displays, adhesive, and related floor products.
• Present products to dealers, designers, and end-users and analyze leads from corporate reports.
• Sell and construct display racks weighing 50lbs or more on a regular basis.
• Continuously prospect for viable new accounts within the designated geographic area.
• Prepare reports of business transactions and sales volumes and potential sales.
