The role emphasizes relationship-building with customers, presentation of Shaw hard surface products, and data-driven reporting to improve sales performance. Responsibilities include daily customer calls, sample displays, reporting sales figures, and maintaining Salesforce records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales experience is essential.
• Ability to interface with a diverse group of customers in a friendly and respectful manner.
• Must operate a laptop and basic Windows software (MS Office).
• Must travel and lift product samples as needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily sales calls on existing customers focusing on hard surface flooring products.
• Present products to retail dealers, designers and end-users; analyze leads.
• Sell and construct display racks and manage territory business growth.
• Prepare sales reports and communicate market conditions and product needs.
• Enter all customer interactions into Salesforce.com; promote residential Shaw products.
