Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. seeks a Territory Manager for hard surface flooring to sustain and grow profitability and market share within a defined geographic area.

You will perform daily sales calls, present to dealers and end-users, develop displays, prospect new accounts, and manage reports and budgets. The role requires travel within Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Naples, FL, lifting up to 50lbs and using Salesforce.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales experience required.
• Ability to lift 50lbs+ regularly.
• Residence within territory: Fort Myers, Cape Coral or Naples, FL.

Responsibilities

• Daily sales calls on existing customers emphasizing hard surface flooring and related products.
• Present products to retail dealers, designers and end-users; analyze leads.
• Sell and construct display racks and sample boards.
• Prospect for new accounts within the designated territory.
• Prepare and communicate sales reports and territory forecasts.
• Monitor travel and sample budgets; manage expenses.
• Enter customer interactions in Salesforce and update records.
• Promote Shaw Floors, A/T and Philly Commercial to educate customers.
