Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Shaw Hard Surface Territory Manager to sustain and expand profitability and market share regionally. You will foster relationships with dealers, designers, and end-users, while promoting Shaw Floors, A/T, and Philly Commercial products.

You will manage display installations, analyze territory data, and communicate sales results. A valid driving vehicle and physical ability to lift 50 lbs are required, with Salesforce.com data entry and travel across the

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED required.
Previous sales experience is required.
Ability to interface with a diverse group of customers.
Must be able to use a laptop and basic MS Windows software including MS Office.
Able to assemble and take down display fixtures.
Teritory travel in a vehicle capable of carrying product samples (van/SUV).
Must lift more than 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Resident within the territory.

Responsibilities

Daily sales calls on existing customers with emphasis on floor products sales.
Present products to retailers, designers and end-users; analyze leads from corporate reports.
Sell and construct display racks weighing 50lbs or more regularly.
Prospect for new accounts while monitoring territory market conditions.
Prepare business transaction and sales volume reports.
Communicate periodic sales reports, goals, and competitive conditions.
Analyze sales stats using territory reports to aid dealer promotions.
Monitor travel and entertainment expenses and sample budgets.
Enter all customer interactions into Salesforce.com and manage data.
