Clayton, a leading single-family home builder, is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician – Handyman to support our model home centers. Your maintenance and repair work translates into happy homeowners and a strong community reputation.

In this role you will perform general maintenance, respond promptly to service calls, complete requests, and carry out preventive care on HVAC and other systems, while partnering with a team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Numerous and varied handyman skills.
• Ability to lift and move furniture, wallboard, water heater (100 lbs.).
• Ability to pass criminal background check and post-offer drug screen.
• Cooperative and collaborative, willing to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance to maintain property appearance and condition.
• Complete service requests.
• Perform preventive care on HVAC and other systems.
• Repair exterior and roof damage.
