Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician – Handyman to repair and maintain our model homes and respond to service calls with a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will perform general maintenance, HVAC care, exterior repairs, and help ensure a high standard of quality and safety on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Numerous and varied handyman skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (100 lbs).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Pass criminal background check and post‑offer drug screen.
• Strong customer relations and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Repair common service problems in manufactured housing.
• Respond promptly to service calls and ensure thorough repairs.
• Perform general maintenance to maintain property appearance.
• Complete service requests and preventative care on HVAC and other systems.
• Repair exterior and roof damage.
