Critter Control is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform hands‑on exclusion, repair, and remediation services for residential and commercial properties. You will identify entry points, complete structural repairs, and implement humane prevention solutions while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.

Responsabilités

• Perform interior and exterior inspections identifying entry points and vulnerabilities.
• Install exclusion materials and preventive barriers to deter wildlife.
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations and other entry points.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation methods.
• Maintain documentation of services, materials and customer interactions.
• Provide clear reports and review scopes of work with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service for a seamless experience.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address concerns.
