Job summary

Bluegrass Supply Chain is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for the PM shift in Columbus, Ohio. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily warehouse activities across receiving, inventory, movement, and shipping, ensuring safety, accuracy, and on-time delivery.

You will coach and develop team members, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a clean, safe work environment on the floor. Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience.
Previous leadership experience preferred.
Sit-down forklift experience strongly preferred.
Experience with receiving, shipping, and inventory processes.
Commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities and priorities.
Assign work and ensure customer requirements are completed on time.
Work alongside team members and provide hands-on support.
Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and inventory accuracy.
Conduct process audits, quality checks, and team observations.
Coach team members and reinforce processes and expectations.
Identify errors, process gaps, and quality concerns before they impact the customer.
Train new and existing team members on warehouse processes.
