Job summary

Bluegrass Supply Chain is seeking a dependable and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to support our PM shift operations in Columbus, Ohio.

This role leads team members through core warehouse functions including receiving, inventory management, material movement, order preparation, and shipping, while helping ensure daily work is completed safely, accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics experience preferred.
• Previous Team Lead, Lead Associate, or other leadership experience preferred.
• Seat-down forklift experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities across receiving, inventory management, material movement, and shipping.
• Assign work and help ensure daily priorities and customer requirements are completed on time.
• Work alongside team members and provide hands-on support when needed.
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and inventory accuracy throughout the shift.
• Perform operational audits and quality checks to ensure established processes are being followed.
• Conduct team member observations and provide coaching and feedback.
