Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of warehouse management or operations leadership experience.
• Forklift certification required; heavy forklift experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise warehouse staff.
• Set clear performance expectations and accountability.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timeliness.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and equipment maintenance.
