Job summary

Würth Wood Group seeks a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for its Mobile, AL location. You will lead the distribution team, oversee inbound/outbound activities, and ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.

The role requires hands-on leadership across departments, including tint lab activities when needed. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in warehouse supervision, strong leadership, and familiarity with warehouse management systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is a plus.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or lead experience in warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; effective communication with team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of warehouse staff (receiving, picking, shipping, inventory).
• Ensure tasks completed accurately, efficiently, per policies.
• Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse personnel to foster teamwork and excellence.
• Enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.
• Assist in developing and implementing procedures to optimize workflow.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to plan daily tasks and timely orders.
