Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years supervisory experience in warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory management.
• Ensure that all operational tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and per company policies and procedures.
• Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse personnel, providing guidance and support to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager to plan and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring timely completion of orders and shipments.
• Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse facilities and equipment, identifying any maintenance needs or safety hazards.
• Address any operational issues or concerns promptly, escalating to management as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities.
• Other duties may be assigned.
