Job summary

Würth Industry USA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse staff in Shipping, Receiving, Stocking, and Cycle Counting. You will drive site performance and continuous improvement, coordinating with sales and purchasing to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires supervisory experience in a distribution/warehouse setting, with mandatory forklift experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience supervising in distribution/warehouse or logistics.
• Material handling and forklift experience mandatory.
• Valid driver's license, medical certification, and clean driving record.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans work schedules and assigns duties to maintain adequate staff and workloads.
• Interviews and provides feedback to HR and Warehouse Manager.
• Directs staff performance, hiring, corrective action, and pay reviews.
• Leads a large team and fosters a collaborative, productive environment.
• Implements training programs and onboarding for staff.
