Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Mobile, AL to lead daily warehouse operations, oversee staff, and ensure accurate inventory control and efficient order fulfillment. The role requires hands-on supervision of shipping, receiving, and will-call services while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate deliveries, maintain equipment records, and drive continuous improvements in space utilization and workflow efficiency through leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and five (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs daily activities of warehouse employees.
• Delegates and assigns tasks to warehouse employees.
• Provides input to manager on coaching and feedback to warehouse employees.
• Supervises warehouse activities to facilitate the most efficient and economical use of space for storing and distributing raw material and finished products.
• Manages order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and warehouse organization.
• Maintains warehouse location system and inventory accuracy.
• Schedules and directs daily customer deliveries.
• Services Customers at Will Call Counter.
• Performs other warehouse functions as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
