Job summary

ATX Specialty Foods in Kyle, TX is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily shift operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping. You will supervise the Warehouse Lead and teammates, translating priorities into labor plans and measurable results on the floor.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, food-manufacturing setting. Overtime and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years warehouse experience in a fast-paced setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role directly managing leads and/or hourly associates.
• Experience operating forklift and electric pallet jack; able to train others.
• Working knowledge of ERP or WMS inventory transactions and cycle count practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for reporting, scheduling, and KPI tracking.
• Demonstrated ability to manage people processes, including scheduling, performance coaching, and corrective action.
• Strong understanding of OSHA warehouse safety requirements.
• Degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and actively perform daily warehouse shift activities, on the floor most of the shift.
• Own the daily ship schedule and resolve shortages with planning and order entry.
• Maintain shipping, shortage, and pick-planning spreadsheets for daily activity.
• Coordinate with Production Planning, Purchasing, and Order Entry to stage materials.
• Drive safety, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives in the operation.
• Oversee KPI reporting and labor planning; manage overtime and attendance.
