Job summary

Performance Food Group seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to direct all warehouse operations in Fort Worth, coordinating shipping, receiving, and inventory control to ensure accurate and timely flow of product. You will lead a team, enforce safety standards, and work closely with Transportation to meet customer needs.

This role requires 4–6 years in warehouse leadership, a high school diploma, and OSHA forklift certification; a bachelor's in business/logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-6 years warehouse and supervisory experience.
• Experience leading a warehouse operations team.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates including staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
• Coordinates with Transportation Manager to maximize efficiency and ensure proper loading/unloading of trucks.
• Reviews stock status reports and coordinates with inventory staff to maintain accurate counts and meet customer needs.
• Coordinates with inventory staff to handle obsolete product or reallocation to other distributors.
• Ensures building and equipment maintenance through supervising maintenance staff.
• Notifies customers of stock shortages and communicates substitutions to Customer Service and Operations Management.
• Maintains knowledge of SOPs and enforces compliance across the department.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
