The candidate will manage a warehouse team, implement efficient processes, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while utilizing ERP and WMS platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a warehouse management role.
• Hands-on, working manager in receiving, picking and packing.
• Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy.
• Expertise in project management and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle spreadsheets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse employees to peak efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining handling, storage, inventory, and shipping.
• Review workflow, personnel requirements, equipment layout, and action plans for productivity and quality.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and regulations.
• Oversee logistics to transport products to customers and internal facilities, coordinating with freight partners.
