Job summary

Nuage Designs in Chicago, IL is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations, oversee inbound unloading, receiving, storage, and order execution, and partner with logistics and inventory teams to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery. The role requires 3–5 years of warehousing/operations management, WMS experience, and strong leadership; weekend/holiday availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory tracking, receiving, and order execution.
• 3–5 years warehouse or operations management experience.
• Leadership experience in fast-paced environment.
• Strong inventory control knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own all warehouse execution including inbound unloading, picking, staging, loading, and put-away.
• Oversee inbound routes and vendor deliveries, ensure accurate receiving into inventory.
• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and order preparation.
• Maintain organized layout and efficient product flow.
• Ensure orders are picked, staged, and dispatched on time.
• Ensure picking, staging, and loading processes meet accuracy and load securement standards.
