Premier Beauty Supply in Northbrook, IL is seeking a hands-on Client Services Team Lead to elevate our service for B2B clients. This full-time, in-person role reports to the Client Services group at our corporate office.

You will coach and mentor a team, handle coaching, daily communications via phone, email and chat, manage performance, and coordinate with stores, warehouse and logistics to resolve issues. Prior call center leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/customer service.
• At least 3 years of experience in a call center is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ team leadership experience.
• Experience with CRM programs.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and strong Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Strong team leadership and engagement, coaching, mentoring and enhancing team dynamics.
• Daily communication with colleagues, customers and outside sales team via phone, email, and chat.
• Performance management with strong client focus.
• Process orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Help customers navigate our website and place orders online.
• Assist in onboarding new B2B clients or wholesale accounts.
• Represent the brand voice with professionalism and a passion for beauty.
• Other duties as assigned.
