Job summary

Voyant Beauty seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations, driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness across receiving, storage, and shipping. You will guide a high-performing team, enforce safety and compliance, and ensure on-time shipments.

The role requires 4–6 years in warehouse leadership within manufacturing, plus experience with WMS/ERP systems and Lean practices. On-site position with a focus on process improvement and accurate inventory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of proven experience leading a warehouse team in manufacturing.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse staff; conduct performance reviews and training.
• Ensure receiving, storage, and material handling operate efficiently.
• Aim for 100% on-time shipments and maintain key service metrics.
• Maintain safety procedures and regulatory compliance (cGMPs, shipping).
• Manage inventory accuracy, scrap, and month-end closings.
