Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in warehouse, logistics or materials handling.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/PRISM or similar).
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to work independently.
• Authorized to work in the country of employment; able to lift up to 25 kg and to stand, walk, bend.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
• Receive, store, transfer, and rotate inventory using FIFO.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and tankers safely and efficiently.
• Collect raw material samples for Quality Control when required.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
• Perform daily inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Complete and maintain shipping, receiving, and warehouse documentation.
• Conduct equipment inspections, maintain housekeeping standards, and report issues promptly.
