Gtatelecom is seeking a proactive Technical Project Manager III to support a large, cross-functional HR initiative. You will manage day-to-day execution across multiple workstreams, maintaining plans, timelines, and stakeholder updates in a collaborative, virtual environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of project management experience in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience with project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with Scrum and Agile delivery.
• Ability to work independently and drive items to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, documentation, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication.
• Track KPIs, resources, delivery progress, action items, risks, and dependencies.
• Work with project leads, business partners, and technical teams to keep work aligned.
• Identify delivery risks and drive mitigation plans.
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Support Agile and Scrum ceremonies and delivery planning.
• Provide clear updates on progress, priorities, and next steps.
