Responsibilities

• Lead the technical team to deliver all functions to scope and specs.
• Provide onboarding, training and mentorship to team members.
• Manage queue, deadlines, and milestones for the group.
• Develop and test solutions with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Document modifications to client software per policy.
• Offer escalation support and ensure client satisfaction.
