Job summary

World Tek Industries seeks a Hands-on Quality Manager to lead our quality team and ensure every component meets customer and regulatory specs. You will actively inspect on the shop floor and maintain ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO 13485 certifications.

Responsibilities include First Article Inspections, QMS oversight, metrology management, NCR investigations, and coordination with customers and suppliers. Strong GD&T and CMM skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years in a precision manufacturing or machining environment.
• Expert-level ability to read complex blueprints and apply GD&T.
• Experience leading audits for ISO 9001/AS9100.
• On-floor leadership and mentorship of inspectors and machinists.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality department and ensure audit readiness for ISO 9001/AS9100/ISO 13485.
• Perform First Article Inspections, in-process checks, and final buy-offs.
• Direct calibration and metrology with CMM equipment.
• Investigate NCRs using 8D, 5-Whys or Fishbone and implement actions.
• Act as technical liaison for customer quality issues and supplier audits.
• Mentor inspectors and machinists in GD&T and measurement techniques.
