Job summary

World Tek Industries is seeking a meticulous Quality Inspector to join our production team. You will be the final line of defense ensuring our products meet safety, functionality, and craftsmanship standards.

You will inspect raw materials, monitor in-process production, and conduct final evaluations to ensure quality compliance. Responsibilities include performing visual and tactile inspections, using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMMs to verify tolerances, maintaining detailed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in quality control or manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical manuals.
• Strong mathematical skills and ability to analyze data trends.
• Written and verbal communication for reporting defects and collaborating with floor supervisors.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspection & Testing: Perform visual and tactile inspections against blueprints and specifications.
• Precision Measurement: Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM to verify tolerances.
• Documentation: Maintain records including DIR and NCR.
• Process Improvement: Partner with Engineering and Production to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Compliance: Align activities with ISO 9001, AS9100 regulations.
• Equipment Care: Calibrate and perform basic maintenance on inspection equipment.
