Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality operations in a precision manufacturing and cleanroom environment in Mesa, AZ. The role drives QMS, ISO compliance, corrective actions, and cross-functional collaboration to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of supervisory quality leadership experience, deep knowledge of QA principles, inspection/testing practices, and the ability to develop high-performing teams while advancing

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of related experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, QA principles, inspection techniques and testing procedures.
• Ability to identify materials such as AI, SS, Ti Si, Quartz and ceramic substrates and coating types.
• Experience leading cross-functional quality teams and audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) and related processes
• Establish annual quality goals, allocate resources, track performance, and ensure objectives are achieved
• Oversee employees, equipment, materials, and operational execution within the Quality Department
• Drive quality improvements, productivity enhancements, expertise development, and turnaround time (TAT) improvements
• Handle customer quality issues including complaints, requests, FOIs, IRs, and NCRs - Support and mentor Quality Supervisors
• Investigate process issues, implement corrective actions, and develop preventive measures
• Maintain ISO procedures, certifications, and compliance requirements
• Participate in cross-functional projects and special assignments
• Perform and oversee Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Calibration Analysis activities
• Monitor rework activity and departmental abnormalities
• Generate and manage corrective action reports for quality concerns
• Oversee daily safety inspections and compliance checks
• Evaluate employee performance and develop team capabilities
• Manage cleanroom quality initiatives and process flow improvements
• Lead continuous 5S improvement efforts and reporting

Job description

We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead and oversee quality operations within a precision manufacturing and cleanroom environment. This role is responsible for managing the Quality Management System, maintaining ISO compliance, overseeing customer complaints and nonconformances, and leading corrective and preventive actions. The Quality Manager will monitor inspection, measurement, calibration, rework, and quality performance while driving continuous improvement, 5S initiatives, and operational efficiency. This individual will collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to improve product quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing quality leadership experience, expertise in QMS and ISO requirements, knowledge of inspection and testing practices, and proven experience developing high-performing quality teams.
