Job summary

Catholic Charities of Central Washington seeks a Maintenance Technician to manage day-to-day property upkeep across multiple sites. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and routine grounds care while keeping detailed work-order records and coordinating with the Facilities Manager.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on maintenance skills, safety knowledge, and the ability to work independently or with tenants and staff. On-call emergencies and physical duties are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Able to follow safety regulations (EPA/OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical condition of the property.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment per manuals.
• Open for on-call emergencies.
• Repair flooring, painting, plumbing, and electrical tasks.
• Keep records of work orders and communicate with managers.
• Assist with ground maintenance and custodial tasks.
