Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to manage day-to-day upkeep of a 60-unit property for elderly residents in Prosser, WA. You will ensure units are rent-ready, perform repairs, and coordinate with the Facilities Manager to maintain safe, clean living spaces.

The role requires basic to intermediate maintenance skills, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to be on-call for emergencies. On-site work at St.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, preferred.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Willingness to be on-call for emergencies and flexible on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical condition of the property and grounds.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment per manufacturer manuals.
• Turn-over and occupancy maintenance for vacant units as directed by management.
• Respond to work orders promptly and document progress in the system.
• Assist contractor with repairs and coordinate with the Facilities Manager.
