Catholic Charities of Central Washington is seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician I in Yakima, WA to support daily maintenance operations for their housing community. Responsibilities include general maintenance repairs, unit turnovers, and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents.

The ideal candidate requires a high school diploma, prior maintenance experience, and basic skills in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. The position offers a competitive wage of $20 to $24 per hour, depending on experience, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience or experience in a related field.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical condition of the property.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on all equipment.
• Inspect units and perform repairs as needed.
