Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.) is preferred.
• EPA certification is preferred for handling refrigerants and related equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
