Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Production Team Lead to support the Production Supervisor and lead a workstation team in Bethel, CT. The role combines hands-on production work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring quality, throughput, and safety targets are met in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of production experience, 2+ years in a leadership role, and strong communication along with problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a production environment.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or production.
• Strong supervisory and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities within the workstation team to meet production goals and safety requirements.
• Prepare and maintain production documents, sheets, and reports for the contracting customer.
• Verify counts and record production data, updating customer databases and reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices with the team.
• Motivate team members, assign tasks by capability, and communicate objectives clearly.
• Assist with training and act as technical lead for first-level production issues.
