Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment; aerospace preferred.
• 3+ years of supervision experience.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all assigned operations to meet safety, quality, and production standards.
• Supervise departmental personnel and enforce HR policies and regulations.
• Monitor manufacturing activities and ensure processes meet quality requirements.
• Review and dispose of scrap with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement on the shop floor and maintain equipment/process knowledge.
