Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification or equivalent with relevant production experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with safety, quality, and TPM concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and training plans for assigned shift.
• Lead daily production meetings and ensure alignment with goals.
• Enforce safety, quality, and 5S standards on the line.
• Provide timely feedback and resolve employee relations issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional support with Quality and Maintenance.
• Spend 100% on the production floor except for meetings.
