Regal Rexnord is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a union workforce in our West Chester, PA facility. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets while coordinating with planners and enforcing the union contract.

The ideal candidate has a engineering background with manufacturing leadership experience and Lean Six Sigma exposure. ISO familiarity and a focus on continuous improvement are highly valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with manufacturing experience in a supervisory/engineering role.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Exposure to ISO 9000/14000 preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage direct labor union associates in a manufacturing environment to follow all policies and union contract.
• Partner with planners to assign daily work and productivity expectations.
• Execute build plans to meet on-time delivery of high-quality parts.
• Drive production output by setting expectations and monitoring performance.
• Lead 5S, visual management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
