Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an Associate Safety leader onsite in the United States. You will own area housekeeping, safety training, and compliance while directing staff to meet daily production goals and quality standards.

You will partner with the quality and planning teams, assign workloads, coach direct reports, and ensure fair application of plant policies. Aerospace experience is a plus for this role.

Qualifications

• The minimum education is a High School Diploma or GED Equivalents.
• Requires one year minimum of prior leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Any applicable certifications are a plus; aerospace experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own housekeeping and safety in the assigned area and ensure compliance with rules.
• Direct efforts of staff to meet production goals and schedule throughput.
• Assign work to maintain staffing, equipment utilization, and quality levels.
• Collaborate with quality team to sustain product quality and corrective actions.
• Evaluate direct reports, coach, and deliver disciplinary actions per policy.
• Run production reporting to support supply chain and planning, in line with plant guidelines.
