Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a frontline manufacturing team in Milwaukee, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality machining and assembly output.

You will manage hourly operators in a represented environment, drive continuous improvement, and develop talent to support long-term site stability and performance, partnering with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience supervising hourly manufacturing employees.
• Machining background with CNC, tooling setup, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills (A3/8D) and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of hourly operators in a represented environment.
• Manage staffing, skills matrices, onboarding, and performance conversations.
• Ensure safe, high-quality machining and assembly to meet targets (SQDIP).
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Materials, and Engineering to resolve downtime.
• Lead or participate in root-cause analysis for defects and process issues.
